Ø      Convenience _ With Automatic Callback service, you don't have to rush to the telephone if you are busy or not near a telephone.  This service lets you easily return the call you missed.

Ø      Less interruptions _ If you are on another call, you can take care of your current business and then use Automatic Callback to get back to the caller when you are free.

Ø      Won't miss important calls _No need to feel like a prisoner to your telephone waiting for an important call.  If you get a call while you're out, Automatic Callback lets you return the last call made to your number.

Ø      Save time _ If you want to talk with someone who just called you, there is no need to look up and dial their telephone number. Just use Automatic Callback service to call them back.

Customers with either touchtone or rotary service can subscribe to Automatic Callback. Automatic Callback service must be activated before receiving another incoming call.  There is no time limit for using Automatic Callback service to return the last incoming call. You can activate Automatic Callback service after placing outgoing call(s). Automatic Callback service will attempt to recall a busy number for 15 to 45 minutes (actual time will vary). If Automatic Callback is used to return a long distance call, long distance charges will apply to the customer who uses Automatic Callback. Automatic Callback works well with Call Waiting.  If you are unable to answer a Call Waiting call, you can activate Automatic Callback to return the most recent call after hanging up from the original call.

Speed Calling codes can be used to activate or deactivate Automatic Callback service.
