Ø      Security and safety _ In an emergency, this service lets you alert someone without taking time to remember or dial a telephone number.

How to Activate Direct Connect:

Not applicable for residential customers, except in special cases and when another line is available specifically for this service.

1.  Lift the receiver as if you were placing or answering a call (no dial tone is heard).

2.  The pre-selected Direct Connect number for your line will be automatically dialed.

3.  You will be connected to the pre-selected Direct Connect number and will hear ringing until the party at that number answers.
