Selective Call Acceptance:

With Selective Call Acceptance, it will help with:

Ø      Time/call management _ With Selective Call Acceptance, you will only receive calls from numbers that you select so you can manage calls better when time is at a premium.

Ø      Customer service _ This service allows you to be accessible to important clients even when you are limiting other calls.

Ø      Convenient _ You can easily turn the service on/off as well as add and delete numbers from the telephone number list as you need to.

Customers with either a touchtone or rotary dial telephone can subscribe to Selective Call Acceptance. Screen List Editing capability is needed to build and update telephone number list.

For this service 3 to 31 numbers are allowed on a Selective Call Acceptance list (actual list size will vary). Unlike Call Forwarding Variable, if a Selective Call Acceptance customer chooses the "call forward" option for unaccepted callers, the customer will not hear a special ring to remind them that incoming calls are  being forwarded. Selective Call Acceptance numbers may be either 7- and 10-digit directory numbers or 1- to 7-digit extension numbers. You can forward non-accepted calls to an 800 number. Speed Calling codes can be used to access Selective Call Acceptance service.
